I bought the DVD expecting to see precisely that full scene, and discovered it has been cut short. Why is this? To me it was the best scene in the whole movie.

What Lancaster and Kerr had done for the 50s. King and Foster had done for the 70s only that this time the viewer is denied the benefit of judging for themselves.

I truly hope if they make a new version of the DVD or a Blue Ray; please restore the full uncut scene version. Please
