Has anyone seen the (English) spelling of Nick's last name?

If so, what is it?

(The Doctor who tries to talk to Nick in the Saigon hospital says the last name - how would you spell it?)

Chevotarevich.
But actually, it's 'Chebotarevich' spelled wrong. The English equivalent would be 'Shoemaker'.
