DVD question...

I just bought the DVD on eBay the other day, and I got it today... Now, I'm asking anyone who has this movie on DVD... is this one of those DVD's that just looks like it's bootlegged even though its actually a factory DVD? It's just the read side of the disc has that blue color, the art on the DVD is strange and the art work has a kind of blurry look. To anyone who has this DVD... should I be worried or is that just how this particular DVD is? Thanks for any help!!
