shareIt is owned by Mike Yager of Effingham, Illinois and on display at his Mid-America Motorworks garage/museum:

I heard a rumor the Corvette at Mid-America is an exact replica of the one used in the movie and that a private collector in Van Nuys owns the original movie Corvette. Not 100% sure but I'd do my research before I would trek out to that museum.
shareno thats the original it was in a museum in cali for a while and went up for sale at an auction and mamw bought it for a huge figure.

It's in a custom car shop show room in North Hollywood. Intersection of Magnolia and Lankershim. I saw it there two weeks ago. They have some other movie cars there as well.

That is so cool the car is still intact and being showed. I wish the web site would have made those pictures NOT so big. HHHah!
shareI was hoping to read it had been destroyed in the name of good taste.
shareIt was featured on a recent episode of "Fast N Loud".
End of line
The one on Fast N Loud wasn't the movie car. They claim it was a promo car, but several people on here suspect it's a fake. For starters, it was left hand drive and didn't have the weird Chevy bowtie taillights. It looked more like a tribute car built by a fan of the movie.
