So in a nutshell, she comes back on tuesday and finds that a group of doctors are being given a tour of the place guided by that same woman, halfway through the tour she slips away from them, the tour ends and one car is left in the parking lot, they realise someone is still inside. so the woman and the all of the security staff start searching foe her. susan meanwhile discoveres "tom selleck" who played an athelete in the begining about to go into surgery, in one of the rooms there, cut up and with some organs removed.
susan manages to escape by climbing on top of a hospital car transporting human oragans.
she goes back to where the pipes are, and this time goes through with it, and in her mind she can hear the voice of the electrician guy giving her the directions from that day, before he was killed. she climbs up a ladder thing, follows the pipe into a tunnel, and when she looks down sees that it leads to or8.
she thinks that she has discoveres it all.
she goes to see the chief of staff of the hospital, she tells him everything that she has found, he starts giving her this lengthy speech about something or other and offers her a drink. she drinks it and she realises that what he is saying basically is that he is in on the whole thing, she passes out.
they start taking her to the operating room with the cheif of staff claiming that she is having trouble with her appendix. susan is too confused and can not articulate anything to make them stop, mark her boyfriend rushes towards her and as he puts his ear to her mouth, she tries to tell him, but he doesnt realise what is happening, and tells her to relax and calm down.
as she goes into the operating room, he remembers all the stuff that she told him from before and realises that she was taken just now into or8, he runs to where she had said the pipes were, finds the pipe, follows it and realises its being pumpd into or8, and rips it out. he then calls the police, they get there after the operation has been done already, they wait for her to get up, she does not respond, its obvious that shes in a coma, and then,,,a little cough, she starts coughing and moving, the chief of staff realises that his time is up the police take him away.
An absolutely amazing movie, the jefferson institute part of the movie is incredible and flawless!
