New DVD with decent master?

The clip from "China 9 Liberty 37" that was shown on Z CHANNEL: MAGNIFICENT OBSESSION was in great shape!!! But the DVD's I've seen of it look terrible. Is there any word, any rumor or scuttlebut about a DVD using a decent print?
