this movie isn't really that accurate to the life of buddy holly. i have read many Buddy Holly books and watched a few documentary's on him. i want a movie just as good as Walk the Line. I am in film school now and hopefully one day i can remake this!

When his family members are saying "forget all about that movie" and the band members say things like "they spelled Buddy's name right, but that was about all they got right," well...I'd say it's time to make a better movie. I've seen these quotes in a couple of his biographies and, I think, in a documentary about him. And I may even have heard Larry Holley himself say it person once.
