This is one of the best french comedies ever. I loved this film as well as La Vie Est Un Long Fleuve Tranquille.

Has France made anything similar in the past 10 years?

I sure hope not . . .

And it is reassuring to see that M. Leconte has moved on to making some rather good film since making this turkey.
