I'm watching this in Nov 2016 as I ordered it from Amazon on Blu-Ray & have not watched it since I was a kid.

I can appreciate older films despite obvious issues like outdated SPX and things.

So funny to see so many 70's films with super old white men the obvious issues or bad guys for so much doom.

I remember the tv series but it's funny how they trusted all these old folks to lead them in crisis. Like 60, 70 , 80 year olds???

Gross!! Lol

It they do remake this as a film it needs 3 hrs of running time.

I'm not sure, man, take a look at the US Congress, Supreme Court, presidential candidates.. that seems to be pretty standard in the real world!
