Who's the extra at 15-17 mins in?

I'm watching this right now on Hulu and the actor in the background looks very familiar! He's wearing jeans and a denim jacket and has a cleft chin. He's next to the guy with the bright plaid cap.

I can't think of his name and it's buggin' me!! I even looked up a long list of famous cleft chins...to no avail.

Please help!

Oh, and it's a terrible movie....horror? My fanny!
