showing on the uk MOVIES24 channel in september maybe slightly censored

all 3 films are on the MOVIES24 channel during the first two weeks of september> I thought this film was the least fun and the most sleazy> I noticed that the Taxi Driver film had the shots of Barry evans willy obscured by an optical blurring effect, so not really the full version,and not what you would expect at 11pm in the channels erotic zone?? very strange??
