The Phlegm Building

One of the absolute best things about this show was the running gags. The average viewer who tuned in only occasionally would miss a lot of the humor. For many years, I was convinced the station's home offices were in a building called the PHLEGM building. I thought this was hilarious, as it was a little detail mentioned only in passing that 95% of the viewers either missed, gave no second thought to, or who just plain didn't know what phlegm was. Just recently I've been informed that the actual name of the building was "Flimm" and I've been laughing at a gag that the show's creators didn't intend. Is there any episode that elaborates on the name of the building and did anyone else think the name was Phlegm?
