...worst over-actor I've ever seen.

Terrible episode. Surprised it's not on any worst episode list.

However one redeeming quality if it was how they didn't play the race card when she was rejected.

Maybe it was implied with the lame excuse of her being "too good" or "too on the nose" (I forget). I'm sure there is a lot of racism on Broadway. (NYC liberals are probably the worst racists, liars and hypocrites on the planet).
