Several memories

I recall this show as well but I only have a few memories.

I recall one episode ending with the debunking of a UFO being that it was someone with a helicopter using wires to hold up the UFO and using a remote control to open a flapper door on the bottom of the UFO to release sparkling dust. I can't remember if it made a noise but I can't believe people wouldn't hear a helicopter.

Another one that has stuck with me, and spooked me pretty good at the time (I was 8) is at the end of an episode a little boy is telling one of the investigators of how he came upon a UFO on the ground and it put down a ramp and down came this thing which I think was more of a robot than alien and it spoke to the boy, and the voice it used was really spooky and chilling.

Be great to see this again. I've always wondered if some of the X-Files people knew about this show as they are both similar to each other in ways.

I remember one UFO that had these "sticks" that would come out and "click" back into place as it would fly.

I also was scared (as a kid) when the woman looked out her window to see a glowing alien looking back at her. Freaked me out for years. Anyone got a picture of this alien?

You and me both if I'm remembering it right (it was so damn long ago). I have memories of a lady looking out of maybe an eye-level window over the sink or something. I'm reminded of it every so often when I pass one of those windows at night.

That, and that "wheel" dialog from the intro are about all I can remember of it.

i remember being spooked several times. i remember my brother and I turning off the T.V. and running to our parents' room, then sneaking back to the living room kinda daring each other to turn it back on. can't remember the episode which so spooked me though.
i do remember an episode with horse headed aliens. Rings a bell anyone?

I think I remember a show like this, but not sure if it's this one. Was this set up like a documentary style show? I was around 4 or 5 yrs old. But the only thing I remember was one of these dealing with MIBs (men in black). It really hit me hard when I heard they were coming out with the MIB movies a few years ago. I thought they were going to be serious movies, and not the comedies they turned out to be. Thats when I remembered what I believe to be this show. I remember seeing a show around the time this was out about MIBs. Did it used to air on Sundays before the disney show? Does anyone remember an episode dealing with MIB's? They have the opening sequence of the show on YOUTUBE, but I still don't know if this is the same show I saw as a kid.

Anyone else remember the family in the bungalow that were attacked at the start by 2-3 foot high aliens legging it across their lawn and attacking the house, climbing on the roof etc.?

That scared me stupid - I can't have been more than 8 or 9 at the time, but I do remember at the end the explanation was that they were escaped monkeys. Yeah, right... I sense a cover-up :)

I'm a Cinemajunkie !

God I wish they would release these on DVD.

Rich-871...I think you are referring to the Hopkinsville aliens but I don't remember the title of the episode. That incident also was never investigated by PBB.

This one is the Howard Crossing Incident - I just created a new post about it. I know you would not be scared by green blobs which leads me to believe they did alter it at some point.

I remember that episode. I was about nine years old.

I remember that Robot thing walking down the ramp towards the boy.

The two guys from project blue book were in there car after talking to the boy.

One asked the other "Do you think he made it up".

The other answerd "I don't think that he could come up with that big of English words".

That Robot was pretty spooky.

It wlaked towards the kid, and the kid walked backwards.

It's interesting that this series came out about the time that "Clsoe Encounters of the Third kind"
was doing very well in theaters.

I remember the one with the robot-like alien...it had a black helmet and the front opened up and a Tv screen showed different mouths each saying a different word to speak to the boy.
I found the episode online a couple of years ago...lemme see if I can find it again.

I can only remember a few episodes myself. I was only eight or nine myself.

1). They investigated a case of a UFO in the woods. It turned out the guys were drinking and started a fire themselves. This explained the charred glass and whatever else the supposed UFO left behind.

2). An old lady was told she could exchange her money for some alien money before leaving with the aliens. Her whole life savings was equal to one dollar in the alien money.

3). One of the UFO investigators was on a commercial plane when there were some UFO sightings. One of them turns out to be the moon's reflection on the water.
