Am I having false memory? I appreciate any help

I am trying to figure out if I am remembering correctly or not, but did this show air @ 4:00pm or 5:00pm in the US @ one time? it is so silly but the other day for some reason the title Prisoner Cell Block H popped in my head from nowhere. I googled it and some of the story lines sound familiar but I can not place them. I am remembering a lady inmate with a doll she thought was real? But basically for some reason I am having memories of being rushed outside so that my mother could watch this show @ 4:00pm.... My mother has passed and no one else has any idea what I am talking about so I thought someone here could clear my confusion.

This could be a couple of characters:
It could have been Doreen Anderson/Burns who used to talk to her teddy; Rosie who gave birth to her baby in the first couple of of episodes but after a year, but baby was taken away, Rosie went into withdrawl and thought that the doll was her real child, or it could have been Merle Jones; who intercepted a blow up sex doll meant for another one of the women, she pretended that he was real for a time.

As for the timings in the US, I have no idea, but I hope the other information can help.

there was a tv show in the 80's called "Women in prison", which was a sitcom and a send up of prison dramas, there was an old lady on it who had a doll she talked to and treated it like her son she lost...it might be that show?

There's no way this was ever getting broadcast uncensored at 5pm.

Most stations showed it very late at night, but there were some stations in the US which showed it at 4 pm. If you look through the comments here you should find out which. Why not just watch the show anyway and enjoy it.
