Director That Died?

I was watching I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! (Australia) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4422950/?ref_=fn_tt_tt_10 which has Val Lehman in the Second Season, and she was talking about a time while she was doing Prisoner....



“I used to read palms but got too good at it and it just got too scary so I stopped doing it,” Lehman explained.

“I’ll never do it again. I always knew when I was right, it was weird. We had a gorgeous AD (assistant director) and she became a director. She was gorgeous, legs to her ears.”

Lehman continued: “Someone said I read palms and she said, ‘read mine’ and I said ‘no’. She died in a freak motorbike accident five days later. I didn’t say anything to anybody. There was no future (for her), none. I said no, I’m not in the mood.”



Would anyone know who she might have been talking about?
