Both the DVD and the CD of the soundtrack (Dennis Potter was an Al Bowlly fan yippee!) are available from Amazon UK.

I recently bought the DVD from deepdiscountdvd.com. The current price is $43.55. I recommend it highly. They have discounts of 20% off two or three times a year.

If you use Amazon marketplace, you'll get it for st8.00 or thereabouts. That's about US$16.
