Soundtrack tune

I thought the show was a bit lame too. However the music from it drives me nuts.

When I listen to "No Other Love" by Perry Como it sounds a lot like the instrumental version used in the show. What I call a "Paradise" tune. It's a Rogers and Hammerstein tune FYI.

Does anyone know? Those who have somehow magically seen it since then, can you recognize the tune?

"Fortunately" (tongue in cheek) the miniseries is not in the bittorrents or DVD AFAIK. Well, at least not the legal / legitimate DVDs. ;-)

I still enjoyed the show back then but found the "Tora, Tora, Tora" stuff really messing it up but it had it's scenes (romantic & other).
