Find some goofs!

Anybody find any goofs in the shows?

I found a good one tonight in the second season episode "Snow."

At about 33:30, Ford is talking to Connie but calls her "Jane" (her real name, Jane Kaczmarek). How could the cast and crew have not noticed that?

For the goof you mentioned, I'm guessing the error was noted right away by one of the cast or crew while they were shooting the scene. The director probably planned to re-shoot Ford's line later, but never did...or else he did re-shoot it and just forgot to insert it.
