Oh brother, was Josh the biggest wuss and incompetent dolt you've ever seen? Episode after episode, and he's only 2 years younger than Boxleitner. I suppose his character was supposed to be playing something like a 14 year old, but jeez!

That was my general impression as well. Nice kid but no fighting spirit, unlike his courageous brother. Mind you, I gained a lot more respect for him in the final episode, when he was captured and tortured by bounty hunters but didn't betray Luke even when they almost killed him.

I haven't seen the ending since it was on TV. I recently bought the first season. Will get the second season shortly.

Too true. The character lacked development which is unfortunate because he had potential. It's probably no coincidence that Boxleitner's career took off after this and Cullen's faded out.
