Would Love to See a New Version! Yeah I Said it!

I'm re-watching this wonderful show and I do think it holds up very well for a show of that period. Still I think that an update, if done well could be very interesting. I would love to see more about the real Rosa Lewis and the Cavendish Hotel and her relationship with the Prince/King which they really barely touch on here.

Also more about the food and her rise to prominence in such a male dominated field!, As a foodie, I love when a movie really shows the process in detail... like Babette's Feast. With todays production capabilities it could be amazing....

Who would you cast as Louisa?

I'm thinking Tuppence Middleton or Helena Bonham Carter

or maybe the often underrated Romola Garai
