Why didn't this show bring back Mr Horton as a recuring character?

shareThat was a messed up episode to me. Kimberly sneaks into the bathroom and takes a picture of Arnold naked (who's in junior high at this point), submits it to a newspaper, which accepts and prints the naked photo of a junior high kid, and is shocked that Arnold was upset? I mean, the whole family was laughing about it and making jokes, and only really stopped when they realized Arnold was genuinely pissed.
shareImagine if Arnold or Willis took a picture of Kimberly in the bathroom nude, all hell would break loose and Willis/Arnold would get arrested and branded a pedophile.
shareHow bizarre that I don't remember this episode. Maybe it's just as well, considering how creepy and inappropriate it sounds. There were times when this show was bizarre and placed the children in some very adult situations.

shareIt would be wrong for them to do it to her, as it was wrong for her to do it to Arnold. Boys would get in trouble more because males are pedophiles way more often than females. Like many guys have been caught taking pictures of women in bathrooms. Rarely women do that.
Anyway, I always thought this episode was terrible. Arnold was much too old for this. They acted like he was a 3 year old. It was an invasion of privacy and they tried to play it as cute. There is nothing cute about that whether it's a boy or girl. It's so wrong.
