The later seasons were lacking good villains!! Boring

J.R. was already watered down after Season 11.. The only good foes from then onwards were Kimberly Cryder, Michelle Stevens and Hillary Taylor.. and even they weren't that great.. In my opinion Angelica Nero was the last of the truly wicked psycho type characters that made the show totally juicy.. Cut from the same cloth as Kristin Shepard, Katherine Wentworth, Naldo Marchetta, Jessica Wentworth.. They added so much to the earlier seasons!! After season 11 we get lame and dull characters like Cally?? James?? Casey?? Ugh

You mean, Lady Jessica Montfort, Clayton's sister.

James and Cally weren't villains. The main foe for J.R. for the final 3 seasons was Carter McKay (George Kennedy).

Oops yes I was typing without thinking about the name thanks.. I'm aware those later characters weren't villains.. that was my point.. they should have had more villains not boring fill in characters later on

Good point. I am not sure I noticed that before.

And don't forget Liz on the list of completely boring characters.

At least Liz was easy on the eye though.

I loved Angelica Nero probably because I love Barbara Carrera.

I know I will be in the minority here but I liked the Leanne De La Vega character I found her amusing, especially when she was trying to stage a scene for Vanessa to catch her and JR in the act LOL But unfortunately Vanessa decided not walk in on them.

The worst villain from the later seasons has to be Johnny Dancer. 

Mckay's kid Tommy was the last interesting villain in the series...
