Poteet's contention with Nacho

In the scene where John Skimmerhorn and Nacho Gomez go to RJ Poteet's house to hire him, Poteet asks who Nacho is. Skimmerhorn says he's the cook, and Poteet says "not on my drive he isn't."

Then he launches into a heated exchange with Nacho, all in Spanish.

Can anyone translate that conversation?

Thanks in advance.

You mean the one where he tells him he looks like a poor excuse for a cook? He's pretty much just pushing his buttons, testing him a little.

He says something about Nacho being a bad cocinero and perhaps even a thief.

Then Nacho replies he's the cocinero who will fill RJ's belly when he's hungry, trim his gnarly mustache, and listen to his confessions, so he should STFU and let him go on the cattle drive.

RJ laughs, adjusts his nutsack in his tight purple striped pants, and agrees with the fiery Mexican. He was testing him, see.

A friendship was born on that day... and RJ had burning diarrhea dookies the whole entire way to Colorado on account of Nacho's cooking.
