Jason's Girlfriend Turns into a Robot...or Something Like That?

Bear with me here, I'm dragging this back from my childhood. Which episode is there a scene where Jason is talking with some girl he's dating (?) at a restaurant or something, and she flips out and realises she's a robot, or turns into a robot, or something, then gets up and smashes through a wall to get out? That give anybody a clue?
