I have this mini series now

I bought a copy of this DVD mini series from Amazon Marketplace...It cost just about $30.00...Just got it in yesterday....It wouldn't play on my regular dvd player tho...A few months ago I had bought a combo dvd player/vhs player that would transfer a tape to dvd and this player will play the mini series...I couldn't believe that after so many years, I finally can see this wonderful mini series...Just out of curiousity, I tried it on my computer and it also played it....Kay
