I'm a dumb city boy; know absolutely nada about buffalo. Were white buffalos really like this? Rampaging through Crazy Horse's village, etc.?
Many UFO/ghost skeptics are actually afraid it's all true and don't want it to be.
White buffalo are very rare, and are actually revered by the Indians as the return to Earth of a God. I'm not sure exactly what the writers were thinking here.

Im not sure of what the writers were thinking of..but of even more importance to me..i am not sure what the special affects people were thinking of..the white buffalo looked like a college mascot who was very poorly compensated..
