I know he is saying the woman is dead from a bullet, but can someone explain the colloquialisms?

He shot her in the arse or brown eye. That's the way I took by the way Slim was laughing.

She was shot right between the eyes, where he 'third eye' would be. The previous post about being shot in the arse is bollocks, although with IMDB shutting down the message boards, I don't know why I'm bothering... Kuntz.
