"OK, now lets do the laundry"

Or something in this vein would be an expected thought to occur in one's head right after the ending. A movie moving aimlessly, perhaps trying to portray "a slice of life" but being a bit to contrived for that, with scenes and music too rarely meeting together to give the movie a nice flow - it happens mainly in the first half of the movie, before the monotonous melodies and overdone, lazy vocals begin to annoy (oh, no! he is going to sing again!!!). The characters come and go, and come and go without leaving much emotion or a mark on the plot, which with very few edits could easily fit an erotic movie, but eroticism does not have a part in this particular romantic story.

Now, that may sound bad but nothing that bad could be said about Welcome to L.A. It is average in all departments, except some nice shots and the acting - it is enjoyable to watch these people act.
