Does anyone know where I can find this?

My mother saw this movie when it came out and has been looking for it ever since. I found two copies on Amazon.com; one is in region 2 format and thus not playable on American DVD players, the other is a few films together and $99.99. There can't possibly be just two DVDs of this film... where are they all? Any advice (or reasons for it's scarcity) would be much appreciated. I've looked on Netflix, in our libraries, on Amazon.com, and Ebay.com, as well as some general Google searches. Perhaps I just haven't searched well enough. Thank you!

I have a copy, though with Hebrew subtitles, which I can send you, if you want. For free. Maybe you'll one day have a film I want.
