Really?!! That is so neat! Do you want to share which part she played? I remember seeing this movie on TV when I was younger, and it was quite scary.

In Denmark you can occasionally be lucky to find this film on video - I've transferred the video to DVD myself.

Hi! I've seen it listed on Ebay. It looks good. I haven't seen it yet. I'm a big fan of 70's disaster films. How cool that your mother was in it!! :)

I remember watching this movie on TV while visiting my grandparents over Christmas break when I was in highschool. The release date listed on the page is 12/28/77 which would be consistent with my memory. I thought the movie was scary and remembered it so I looked for a copy on ebay.
You can get copies on ebay and I did.
The movie is quite preposterous now!
I still like it because I remember all those low-tech, poorly done, TV disaster movies of the 1970s. It wouldn't fly today that's for sure, but if you want a copy, check ebay.
Good luck.

This strictly so-so 70's made-for-TV killer animal item can also be purchased at WalMart in a two-for-one DVD value pack with "Ants" for only $5.17.
