The woman at the Fekkech appointment

When Bond comes to meet Fekkesh, he's not here and a beautiful woman (a Ursula Andress look-alike) has been sent to "entertain" Bond.
So she starts seducing him while an accomplice is getting ready to shoot Bond.

When the henchman actually starts shooting, the woman stops and scream "Nooooo !!!".

What happened to her ? Did she felt the guilt within a few seconds ?

reply

I thought that was extreme as well, but yes, Bond was a manwhore, especially the 70's-80's and we're supposed to suspend our disbelief enough to think that he ravaged her with a single kiss.

reply

Her conscience got to her.

reply

It was a puzzling scene, but I guess that would explain it (her conscience combined with Bond's persuasive manwhore charm).

reply

There you go.

i tried to make sense of it years ago and thought maybe the shooter thought she was gonna say to much and when she realised she was deviating from the plan that she was in danger that she knew she was about to get shot and shouted no. Or that she realised bond had seen the shooter and started to spin her and she shouted no as she knew Bond was using her as a shield.
