The sequence where Stromberg jettisons his speedboat from the tanker has to be one of the worst special effects in any of the Bond films. I don't know how they thought they would get away with it.

It's been a while now but from what I remember it was a miniature that was magnitudes worse than anything Gerry Anderson ever produced.
