What part did Michael Billington play?

Who was Sergei Barsov? For those who don't know, Michael Billington co-starred in the TV series called "UFO". (1970–1973). Billington had leading-man looks and I'm surprised he got such a small role, I don't remember seeing him the film. I have seen the movie a dozen times and I'm just noticing he was in the film by reading the cast here on imdb.com. I think he would be a good replacement if Roger Moore couldn't continue to fill the part of James Bond. a waste of talent.

He was the guy lying in bed with Barbara Bach when they were in the "The Peoples Rest And Recreation area". I believe his name was Sergei. He was one of the guys who Bond killed during the ski chase scene.
