what about max zorin just firing down at the workers in "a view to a kill". it looks so weird that bond body slams a guy in this, almost a connection to the fact that pro wrestler andre the giant was considered for the role as jaws. both me and the people i watched this with thought the final bit really was a drag in an otherwise exciting movie, they even use that scene as the cover art. the soundtrack cd to this movie is shorter than many of the others, i keep hearing tunes in this movie not featured on the cd, shouldn't it be the other way around with additional tracks on the cd, same thing with "the blues brothers", a movie packed with music but only eleven tracks on the soundtrack cd. i don't know if someone else had this experience but the picture quality on this doesn't look that sharp at times, for example "live and let die" looked better remastered. some say this was moore's favorite bond, looking around this board many consider this his best, i was surprised how many like "moonraker" since that's completely bashed by critics. i tell you a funny story, on the commentary track for "octopussy" moore thought perhaps "never say never again" didn't do better cause it was clownish... ahum... a 7 foot giant with metal teeth, a woman being fed to the sharks, an underwater car... and that's just this movie, i'm so used to these cause i've seen them since i was a kid, but stop a while and think... they are absolutely ridiculous. i don't mean that in a negative way, it's great.

for days in grey landscape without light,
stunned as from space you arrived,
with golden rays painted lips n smile,
you got closer further into the night,
made me blind to other women went earth around,
with fair darlin in sky blooming began on ground.
