I don't get what Bandit means by this...?

When Bandit is at the gas station, he communicates with Sheriff Buford (who is also at the same gas station getting his car worked on) over the C.B.
He asks the Sheriff What does the letters "F.O" mean anything to ya?
In which the Sheriff replies, "Smart Alec!"
What does "F.O" meant to mean?

reply

I would assume *beep* Off.
It's been a while since I've seen the film, the Bandit might have been seeing the letters F.O.P. on something nearby. As in Fraternal Order of Police.

reply

F.O. = *beep* OFF!

It stands for Fried Okra! Being from Texas the Sheriff probably loves fried okra and all this running around is keeping him from getting a nice helping of it.

Plain and simple *beep* off.

Yup!

And if you add AD to it, it's *beep* off and die..

It means you should stick to watching cartoons...Movies, even simple movies are too complex for your level of [un]intelligence.
