Boyd Holbrook time travelled to 1977 and starred in this film

Didn't catch the charactors name (I think it was Keith?), but the dude who looks nearly identical to Boyd Holbrook (specifically as playing his role in Narcos) is most logically Boyd Holbrook, who hopped in a Tardis or some other sort of time travelling machine and accidently starred in this film.
Come on...you all see it too. I can't be the only one.
