Could have used a better editor in some scenes...[Spoilers]

Specifically when they drag Dobbs out of the water, then see the Nazis. They cut back to the group and hold on the scene for a second too long and we see poor dead Dobbs start to raise his head up. Why not just cut it immediately before he does that? How did they not catch that!
