Dialogue Sample in Bonnie Prince Billy Song

The track "Blood Embrace" on Superwolf (2005) uses a sample from "Rolling Thunder" in the last few minutes of the song. This is the dialogue:

Woman:Charlie, I've uh. I've been with another man. Aren't you gonna say anything? You're just gonna sit there? Oh Charlie, I didn't know when you were coming back or if you ever would. I tell you, the men around here don't respect anything; If I told you all the guys that called me up. And then Cliff. He didn't make a pass at me, I mean he didn't even do it at all, Charlie. I knew what he wanted, but he never did anything about it. And then it seemed like the two of us just had to.

Charlie: I don't think I'm up for any more of this. Why don't you go to bed? I'll work this all out.

Woman: What are you gonna do?

Charlie: I'm just gonna sit here.

I haven't seen the film so I don't know which character the woman is. But I can tell you it makes an already dark and brooding song all the more engrossing. I'll have to check out the movie now.

As William Devane as Major Charles Rane said when asked how did he survive the years of torture as a POW, which mainly consisted of tying his arms behind him and lifting him off the ground. “You must learn to love the rope. ”

That is utterly bizzare. My friend and guitar tutor actually produces Bonnie Prince Billy and I only happened on this thread after following an article on the Purlitzer Prize winning photo "Burst of Joy" which put in mind of the movie. Small World eh?

I LOVE that song! That's how I found out about this movie...I am going to search all over for it.

Blood Embrace actually makes it sound like the Mayor's going to go and kill Cliff...
