Steven Speilberg

Steven Speilberg should re-do this movie now.

reply

Absolutely not!

reply

Spielberg should not re-do this movie for several reasons.
1) This version was very well done.
2) Spielberg would make this one like Munich where he tries to make the moral equivalency of the kidnappers and the IDF.
One poster said, "absolutely not" to Spielberg re-doing this movie and that poster was dead-on right.

reply

ditto- the American self hating Jew should keep his paws off of anything dealing with Israel

propaganda=on IMDB, apparently any movie with Americans as the good guys

reply

Maybe Israel should stop sucking America's tit, if it wants certain American Jews to "keep his paws off" it.

reply

LOL... thank you, that's the best laugh I've had all day!

... the hardest thing in this world is to live in it...

reply

Spielberg is a jew

that's the cold hard truth

he cant make a movie like 'Munich'
no more than
Jim Sheridan (an irish director) could make an honest film about the IRA

in the name of the father is propagnada

reply

Spielberg should NOT touch this. The *beep* would probably try to equate heroes like the late Lt Col Yonatan Netanyahu to the terrorists who threatened to kill 100 civilians. Munich was the biggest piece of crap ever. Spielberg can go rot with Noam Chomsky and Norman Finkelstein for all I care.

"Alexei... YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! HISTORY!" - Hawk Harrelson's call of Buehrle's perfect game.

reply

You are correct sir. Hollywood is too politically correct and left wing to go anywhere near this story. If they did, the Israelies would end up the bad guys or the terrorists would be from Sweden like in Mission Impossible 4. Lame. If you only watched Hollywood films you would never know that there was anything such thing as radical Islam.

reply

political correctness is actually incorrect, correct?

reply

Munich is a shameless piece of pro-Israel propaganda that relentlessly embellishes its band of Mossad thugs, glossing over several of their dirtiest deeds and presenting them as some kind of romantic poet warriors.

reply

I would love a remake with all the historical accuracy with the passage of time and CGI SFX now possible, but by another film maker... Ridley Scott?

reply

Um, no not Ridley. He would make it a two-hour long epic like Gladiator - great background, but let's get to the action. However, his brother Tony (among other things, the current hit Unstoppable with Denzel and Chris Pine is one of his works), would probably be a better fit.

reply

Watch Sword of Gideon, then watch Munich. After that, re-state your post to yourself. You'll be surprised at your answer.
