filming location of opening scene

As a longtime fan of the movie, I am wondering where in Quebec were the opening scenes of the motorcycle driving through the countryside outside of Montreal. also was curious if the clinic where Marilyn Chambers is taken after her accident is in the same area. I told by a source that the clinic may have been off of route 40 West of Montreal but wasn't sure. anyone know?
