Is There a Scene Missing? (SPOILERS!!!)

Okay, so Yeager and Tony capture the German general and his aides on the train. Cue humorous scene of Tony opening the door making them jump off. We see this done to three officers. We cut away. Cutting back inside the general's car, we see Tony open the other side door and climb onto the roof and the car appears entirely empty except for him. The obvious is implication he kept making the Germans jump off until they were all gone.

However when Yeager and Canfield meet up in this same car later, the general is lying on the floor dead! What?! When did he get killed?! Was there a cut scene where Tony shoots him?

"I mean, really, how many times will you look under Jabba's manboobs?"
