What plane was that?

There were two great things about this movie. Dana Gillespie and the ship/plane combination. I feel nothing needs to be said about Dana. :) The ship, the "Polar Queen", has some great steampunk features. She is both sail and steam powered, and her bridge has all those great turn of the century (the last century) devices. Next is her sea plane. Does anybody know what make and model the "Amphibian" is? I am building a scale model of the "Polar Queen" and need more detailed photos of her airplane. I doubt my wife would let me build a model of Dana. ;)
