Is this the movie where the people try to escape to the surface at the end while there is this big volcanic eruption during a battle with samurai armor wearing warriors on horseback, and they encounter a monster in the caves on their way out?

Man, I thought that was "At the Earth's Core"... but I think I was wrong.

Can anyone help?

I know this is an old thread, but YES this is the movie with the volcanic eruption and battle with "samurai armor wearing warriors on horseback" and a "monster" in the caves on their way out. It is also the "sequel" to "The Land That Time Forgot"
