El Patrullero 777(1978)/Gunplay

I saw bits of this on Telemundo. There's a fairly violent shoot-out towards the climax. Even though it wasn't as bloody and visceral as most Mexican shoot-em-up actioners, I was still like, "Whoa!" Usually, a violent shoot-out looks very out of place in a Cantinflas comedy. Most of Cantinflas' films were directed by Miguel M. Delgado, for some reason. He must've been to Cantinflas what Tom Shadyac is to Jim Carrey: a director who works well with the main actor/comic and understands his/her style of comedy.
