When she's on the rug with the movie mogul does she apply the ice cubes to him in front of her---or, behind her?

I belive she's applying the ice to his "huevos" in order to intensify his "release".

No, Seinfeld was a completely different situation. In the heat of the moment - when a guy is at the point that this is going to start - ice would cause a more extreme response and for most guys that would be much more intense (and fun). Especially as a surprise stimulus....

I recall reading about this in a SEX manual yrs before TOSOM.

I also recall another SEX manual back in 1968 where the author said ORAL SEX was
Unsanitary.
