Was coach in cahoots with the nympho secretary?

I found it odd that the department secretary (BJ!) was sitting around watching game film with the coaches. She even offered player assessments and suggested that Henry just needed a little more "seasoning." This suggests to me that Coach Smith not only tolerated her banging his players, but probably encouraged it. He might even had made that a condition of the job.
