When the killer & Carol are fighting after she jumps out of the truck he suddenly grabs his neck & staggers like he was shot? This is in the MGM HD version the scene may have been edited as it's unclear what happened to him?
shareAfter he shoots she continues to drive towards him and she clips him with the car. The way it was framed and edited make it easy to miss. So upon getting clipped is where he was injured.
He wasn't moving, but at one point moved his neck so I guess getting clipped by the car and going down busted his back.
