Just Watched It Again Nearly 35 Years Later

I saw this TV movie back in 1977 when I was 10 and I even had the book, which was written by the lady who wrote and produced the film. I bought a copy on Ioffer and just finished watching it again. It still holds up after all these years and still breaks my heart as it did when I first saw it. I cried and was disturbed for quite some time after the original airing, and seeing it again still brings tears to my eyes. It is a shame that this film does not receive a legitimate DVD release.
