Was Rabbit a smoker?

The reason I asked this question is because when he is decorating Pooh's bottom if you look carefully at the items that he puts on the board one of the items is a tobacco pipe. Did Rabbit really used to smoke? seeing that part made me wonder if he actually smoked or not.

Any thoughts?

Yeah I saw that just a second ago after watching a clip of the movie.

I'm sure it's just for decoration.

I do remember Rabbit having a pipe in several scenes. But when it came out, smoking was still prevalent in movies and shows.
